How do I get from the boardwalk to your shop?
Straight up Coney Island Ave for about a mile. By car it’s 5 minutes from Surf Ave. By Q train, two stops to Sheepshead Bay then a 5-minute walk west. By B68 bus, just stay on it — we’re right on the route.
What if my phone got salt water on the beach?
Salt water is more aggressive than fresh water — act fast. Power off the phone immediately, do NOT charge it, do NOT put it in rice. Bring it straight to us. We do a diagnostic and tell you honestly whether the board is salvageable.
Sand and charging port problems?
Very common after a beach day. Fine sand wedges deep in Lightning and USB-C ports. Sometimes a careful clean is all you need (we do this free first). If the port is actually damaged, we replace it — quoted before any work.
How long does iPhone screen repair take?
